PRESENTATION SUNSET G1 BUILDING - BANSKO, BULGARIA
Apartment hotel Sunset G1 is a luxury development in the beautiful mountain resort of Bansko. It has six floors whit 30 luxury studios and apartments, all of them featuring cozy living room and open plan kitchenette. The apartments all have well fitted en – suite bathrooms, plugs for cable TV, telephone and internet. Most of the apartments have beautiful mountain views of either Pirin Mountain or Rila Mountain. There are a Bulgarian tavern “Banski han” and swimming pool near to the complex.
Apartment hotel Sunset G1 offers sauna, ski wardrobe, reception for the sake of convenience of owners of apartments.
The building is situated next to the river Glazne, 2 minutes by car to the historical centre of the Bansko and 8 minutes to the Gondola ski lift.

- deposit - 1000 Euro
- first installment - 30% within 30 days on signing of the preliminary contract
